LESSON # 7:

“FAITH TOWARD GOD”

This second foundational principle measures
whether we have “faith toward God.” We proceed
from repentance FROM dead works unto faith
TOWARD God. This is an important distinction: It is
not faith FOR some thing, but faith TOWARD some
one, namely, toward our God.

The banner of “faith” can be used for selfish gain,
but this is not the kind of faith God is looking for from
His people. Our subject in this teaching is “faith
toward God.”
